Minimize delays by expanding paper capacity from a standard 3,700 sheets to a maximum of 8,100 sheets.

You can even choose optional workflow software, including RICOH Streamline NX® and Nuance® AutoStore®, to move information faster.

Store up to 3,000 frequently used documents on the Document Server and grab them with one touch. Use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to place metadata on files and find them with a keyword search. Locate information online or from cloud applications via the embedded web browser, and print them immediately.

Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app to control the MP C6503 from your smartphone or tablet without software or utilities, and wirelessly print on demand. Scan hardcopies at the MFP and transfer them to your mobile device to take electronic versions with you on the go.

Have users log in via passcodes, billing codes or with the optional Near Field Communication (NFC) Card Reader so you can track printing, set quotas and even assign chargebacks via Ricoh Device Manager NX Accounting.
