Return, Replacement, and Exchange

Please contact us before sending an item back to us. We shall provide technical support to resolve any questions regarding our products, installation or troubleshooting - call customer service at 905-326-2790.

All sales are final. For service and warranty information please contact us. Defective compatible toner and/or compatible ink are under manufacturer discretion - these items, are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. All other items are final sale with no return or refund. For items unopened, un-used, factory sealed - please contact us. If you have any questions regarding support, or if you have a special request, please contact us.

Opened OEM (manufacturer original) products DO NOT QUALIFY for return or exchange as these are special order item(s) and are not re-saleable once opened.

Absolute Toner does not accept returns of opened OEM products, regardless of usage, and due to the nature of OEM products we are unable to provide refund or replacement of special-order items or opened OEM products (even if ordered by mistake).

Defective OEM products follow the warranty policies of the manufacturer, and you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.
Please take note that OEM warranty does not cover damage caused during installation.

When returning a product back to us using the RMA process from the U.S.A. or outside of Canada please make sure that you use our RMA system.

Absolute Toner Corp. liability here-under shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. Please note that any cartridge determined by our quality assurance technician to be in working order, not our cartridge, cycle complete (empty), damaged in shipping, or damaged by user, will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All goods are shipped/sold upon condition that Buyer/Dealer accepted these terms, if not, Buyer/Dealer must promptly return the goods and notify seller in writing.

Due to the unique nature of matters of public safety, several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to; sanitizers, dispensers, masks, face masks, eye ware, shields, gloves, bottles and any other items related to personal protection equipment (PPE). These items and all similar product(s), are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ABSOLUTE TONER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
